Main Job Responsibility 1. Allocate Sales target to region; 2. Set up criteria for business operation processes; 3. Specific and ad-hoc project investment feasibility study; 4. Admin project (such as local office rental/management, office design,etc.); 5 . Ad-hoc project such as car projects; 6. Prepare business presentation for BU management; 7. Sales and Marketing excellence function of PC Busines Unit; 8. Business analysis of sales achivement,cost spending and return on investment by region/city by product; 9. Headcount deployment analysis; 10. Agency bidding/service procurement process management; 11. Regional sales and marketing cost control system management and monitor; 12. Sales and Marketing compliance system's management and control; 13. Marketing and sales resources optimization Requirement 1. College degree level, major in economy or relevant Master degree is preferred 2. Above 3 years of accounting and/or business controlling experience is required 3. Good analytical skill and creative thinking 4. Good planning & organizing skill and strong implementation capability 5. Ability to inspire confidence and work with all levels of management 6. Very good communication skills in both Mandarin and English on writing and oral. 7. Very good skills on computer, word, excel.
